1. What items are included in the package?

2. If my phone does not support Legacy Player App, what can I do?

You can use alternative app, Smart Sonix. If both does not work, please contact technical support.

3. Can I change to other type of power adaptor when found it was faulty?

We recommend to replace power adaptor to original model TDX-2402500 or any equivalent type with output voltage of 24VDC, and current rating must be 2.5A or more.

4. What should I do if either one of the speaker has no sound?

It may be due to speaker wire connections to speaker has broken down or the speaker itself was faulty. Please contact person in charge for help.

5. What should I do if I cannot connect to the Bluetooth speaker?

  • Please ensure Master speaker is powered ON and the indicator LED is bliking blue light.
  • Turn OFF then ON again of your device’s Bluetooth function, then scan & select “BT-Speaker”.
  • If device is failed to pair, turn off the power for 5 seconds then on again on the speaker. After that, long press reset button for 5 seconds to retry again.

6. What should I do if the Bluetooth speaker was connected but no sound?

Please double check on the device volume.

7. What if the Legacy App, is not able to view the connected or only view partially connected Wi-Fi speakers?

  • It maybe incorrect Wi-Fi hotspot connected. Do also check & filter the auto connect hotspots on your mobile device.
  • The Wi-Fi network has been isolated on the router or security settings.
  • Wi-Fi speakers are not all connected to the network, check on the speaker LED indicators whether all on stable green color.

8. Unable to setup the Wi-Fi speaker, it keeps dropout in the app.

  • If you have changed the Wi-Fi password, revert it back to previous password, let all speakers connect then reset all the speakers via app, then replace back to new Wi-Fi password and do the setup again.
  • If forgotten the password, you have to manually long press the button on the speaker to do factory reset and do the setup again.

9. Can I change the speaker grill color?

Yes, the grill is paintable. Make sure to remove the scrim paper on the grill before paint.
